Industrial Vibrators

Widely deployable, durable electric vibration motors ensure an efficient, continuous production process with an unobstructed flow of material.

Venanzetti Electric Vibration Motors

A vibratory motor is a three-phase motor that is intentionally unbalanced, and is also known as an eccentric rotating mass (ERM) or vibrating motor. Vibratory motors are used to vibrate sieves, troughs and tables, but also to separate products in a bunker or landfill pipe. Vibratory motors ensure an efficient and continuous process with an unobstructed flow of material. They handle everything from fine particles such as flour, sand and powders to coarser materials such as wood chips, gravel and coal.

All-Round Industrial Vibrators

BEGE offers a wide range of Venanzetti industrial vibrators. This brand has led the industrial vibration market for over 75 years.

Venanzetti industrial vibrators are characterized by their all-round applicability, durability and optimized power-to-weight ratio. This is why these motors are used worldwide in machine and mechanical engineering.

Everything you need to know about industrial vibration motors

An industrial vibrator is an intentionally unbalanced three-phase motor, also known as an eccentric rotating mass motor, designed to make sieves, troughs, tables, and bunkers shake so the material flows freely without a mechanical conveyor. BEGE supplies this equipment made by Venanzetti, which is a leader on the worlds market of industrial vibration technology for more than 75 years.

The vibration makes the material continuously flow, from fine substances such as flour and powder to coarser materials such as wood chips, gravel, and coal. This unobstructed flow is what allows a production process to run efficiently without blockages or manual intervention.

Venanzetti vibrators are used in food industry, agriculture and horticulture, packaging and logistics, bulk goods, marine and offshore, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, paper and glass, oil and gas, and renewable energy.

Typical installations include vibrating bins, tables, spiral elevators, troughs, sieves, conveyors, filter cleaning systems, separator systems, silo extractors, and dewatering equipment. Specific applications may vary from dosing granular products, sieving flour, glass polishing, ceramics manufacturing, cement compacting, mineral crushing, cocoa grinding, powder mixing, water treatment and biogas production.

Certification depends on the series and the target market. The standard VV range provided by BEGE is certified to ATEX II2D, Ex, tD A21 IP66 T120°C and to CSA Standard C 22.2 No. 100-95, Class 4211 01, so it is approved for combustible dust environments by default.

The VVE series carries ATEX II2GD, Ex e IIC T3/T4 Gb, Ex tb IIIC T120°C certification for both gas and dust explosion risk in Europe, while the VVC series holds CSA Standard C 22.2 No. 100-95, file No. 216103, Class 4228 01, Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D for the North American market.

The VV Micro series has its own rating, ATEX II3D, Ex tc IIIC T100°C Dc IP65, Zone 22, aimed at lighter dust-explosion risk. Match the certification to both the region and the explosion risk present at the installation before ordering.

Venanzetti vibrators combine high-quality materials, Class F insulation, durable seals, premium bearings, and robust construction to withstand continuous industrial use. On the efficiency side, the motors run eco-friendly with an optimized power-to-weight ratio and support S1 continuous operation, keeping maintenance needs low.

Reliability comes from a long, useful life, a PTC thermistor, IP66 protection, a labyrinth seal for lubrication, and stainless steel weight covers. Flexibility is built in through adjustable centrifugal force, support for multiple voltages and frequencies, an easily accessible junction box, and multiple eye bolts for mounting.

The VV Micro series is created specifically for small surfaces, light vibration and low centrifugal force, which fits tasks such as extracting material from a silo or making a small vibrating table function correctly.

Its ATEX II3D, Ex tc IIIC T100°C Dc IP65, Zone 22 certification covers combustible dust environments common in food and packaging facilities. Because the housing and mounting footprint stay compact, this series fits into equipment where a full-size industrial vibrator would not physically fit. For light-duty dosing or sorting tasks on constrained equipment, the VV Micro vibration motor is the right start.

Yes. BEGE combines individual drive components, including vibration motors, into complete, optimized drive systems rather than supplying individual parts. A single point of contact manages the whole system, which keeps sourcing and troubleshooting straightforward for the customer.

This approach suits projects where a vibrator needs to work in coordination with motors, gear units, or control systems rather than operate as a standalone component. For a project that spans multiple drive components, starting the conversation as one integrated system saves coordination time later.

Start with the explosion risk at the installation site: choose the ATEX-certified vibration motor VVE for gas or dust risk in Europe, or CSA-certified VVC for the same risk profile in North America.

Choose the standard VV vibrator series when the application needs combustible-dust protection by default without a specialized gas-explosion rating, since it already carries both ATEX II2D and CSA Class 4211 01 certification.

Choose the VV Micro vibration motor when the installation is physically small and only needs light vibration or low centrifugal force, such as a compact silo extractor or small vibrating table. Once the certification and size requirements are settled, BEGE’s engineers can confirm the exact model against the specific machine and material.

BEGE supplies the full Venanzetti range of electric industrial vibrators, a brand that has led the industrial vibration market for more than 75 years and manufactures in Italy. As the supplying partner, BEGE holds inventory in the Netherlands, and adds EU-based engineering expertise on top of the manufactured product, instead of only acting as a pass-through distributor.

Buyers get access to the standard VV, VV Micro, ATEX VVE, and CSA VVC series through one point of contact, with custom solutions available for requirements outside the standard range. Start with BEGE’s product overview or contact page to get a model recommendation and quote for a specific application.
